Registration

You can search http://shop.proteogenex.com without a registration. However you have to register to make a purchase.

• Click the Registration button at the top of the screen and fill out the form.
• Select a Password at least 7 characters (letters and numbers) long. Passwords are case sensitive.

Personal Information Update

You can update your personal information at any time by clicking on the "My Account" button at the top of the page.

Search

To find the biomaterials(s) you're looking for, just click on the category you are interested in or type a keyword in the Quick Search box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

Add Selections to Your Cart

The results of your search are displayed on the "Search Results" page. You may change the quantity of biomaterials at this time if desired. The quantity is set to 1 by default. When you made your selection, click on Add to Cart button to add a product to your cart.

Your Shopping Cart

Your Shopping Cart will show you the biomaterials inside your cart, the quantities you selected and the price. On this page you can:

• Change the quantity of any material by making the change and clicking the "Update" button.
• Remove unwanted materials by clicking the "x" box on the right of each line item.
• Remove all materials from the cart by clicking the "Clear Cart" button.

Checkout

To place your order, click on the "Checkout" button at the bottom.

Billing and Shipping Information

If you are a registered user please sign in by entering your e-mail address and your password in the "Sign In" section in the upper-right part of the screen. If you are the first-time user, please register by clicking on "Register" link.

After you signed in, select your account from the list in the "Use contact" drop-down box. Your billing information will be copied on the form from your account information.

If your Shipping Information is different from the Billing Information please uncheck the box at the bottom of the screen.

Click "Continue" to proceed to the Shipping page. The Shipping Method and Your Order Summary will be displayed. You can modify your order, billing, and shipping addresses on this page.

Payment

At this point you will need to check and confirm that your shipping/billing address is correct, enter your payment information, specify any custom packaging, and add any miscellaneous comments, if you wish.

Purchase Order and Special Instructions

Currently http://shop.proteogenex.com supports payments via Purchase Order only. Please enter the PO# in the "Purchase Order and Special Instructions" box. Enter any applicable promotional code in this box. You can specify any custom packaging to be used for the order, as well as request special electronic data to be sent with the products. Please note that clinical information is provided for each biospecimen.

Payment Method

Payment Method: by Purchase Order. The invoice will be mailed to you one the day of the shipment. Any applicable discounts will be applied at the time of invoicing.

Place Order

Please review the "Terms and Conditions" before placing the order. You (the Customer) must agree with the Terms and Conditions in order to purchase any products via http://shop.proteogenex.com.

Once you confirmed that everything in the order is correct, simply click the "Place Order" button at the bottom. The order confirmation page will be displayed – please note that this is NOT an invoice. The actual invoice will be mailed to you on the day of shipment. You will also get an automatic e-mail confirmation.
