Fresh Frozen Tissues
Specimen collectionAll fresh frozen tissue samples are
collected by certified medical pathologists and are snap-frozen in
liquid nitrogen within 30 minutes of surgery excision. Standard
sample weight is 0.5 - 1 gram. Fresh frozen tissue sample collection
is performed following strict SOP. Samples can be collected in
embedding media upon request. Quality Control is performed on 100%
of collected tissue samples. ProteoGenex Quality Control policy
helps our customers minimize experimental errors due to poor
sample quality.

single donor
- Paired snap frozen and formalin-fixed
paraffin-embedded tissues from a single donor
- Snap frozen diseased/tumor and metastatic tissue samples from
the same donor
Four Tissue sets
- Fresh frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tumor and
normal adjacent tissue samples from one patient
In addition to tissue samples ProteoGenex also
offers various biological fluids (serum, plasma, whole blood,
PBMC, urine, saliva, etc.) samples collected from the same
patient.
